Billing, Returns And Payments

1. Samurai Performance and other services requiring payment generally require the use of a valid credit card. Samurai Performance and it's business partners reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to establish other acceptable alternative payment methods for specific services or products. You are solely responsible for charges owed for all goods and services purchased through this site, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes, shipping charges, insurance, and any other costs.

2. Samurai Performance reserves the right to change currencies as it sees fit in order to maintain and preserve its business

3. Returns - All items have a 14 Day return period, must be kept in original packaging and in new condition. Shipping Costs will not be refunded, and all returns attract a 20% re-stocking fee. GruppeM returns/refunds are not accepted after the kit has left the warehouse in Japan. For incorrectly advertised, or faulty products, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Shipping costs to return the items are the buyer's responsibility.
